These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and e6game (hereinafter "e6game", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at e6game.net.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any service offered by e6game, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional terms, policies, or rules incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the e6game Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

For purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" — refers to the e6game website, its mobile-optimised interface, all associated APIs, software, and gaming content available at e6game.net.
• "Account" — the registered account created by a User to access and use e6game's services.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the Player into their e6game account in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits issued by e6game that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Gaming Services" — all sports betting, live casino, slot games, jackpot bingo, live game, and any other wagering products offered by e6game.

These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English text shall prevail.

In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to register an account with e6game:

• You are a natural person of legal age (minimum 21 years) at the time of registration.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or depositing on behalf of, any third party.
• You are accessing e6game in a personal capacity for entertainment purposes only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from e6game or been subject to account closure for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not a director, employee, or contractor of e6game, or an immediate family member thereof.
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on e6game. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, e6game reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

e6game reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing any withdrawal, or following any account activity that raises a compliance concern. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your e6game account login credentials, including your username and password. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, irrespective of whether such activities were authorised by you.

You agree to notify e6game immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised use of your account or any breach of security relating to your account. e6game will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account prior to such notification.

You agree to keep your registered contact information — including your Pakistani mobile number and email address — current and accurate at all times. Changes to your registered details must be communicated to e6game support promptly. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may affect your ability to receive one-time passwords (OTPs), account notifications, and withdrawal confirmations.

e6game accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All account balances are denominated in PKR. The following payment methods are accepted for deposits to your e6game account: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrency networks.

The minimum deposit across all supported payment methods is Rs 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, and per month, as displayed within the e6game deposits section. These limits may vary by payment method and by account verification status.

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance within seconds of confirmed payment.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon bank confirmation, typically within one to four hours.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations for the relevant blockchain.

All deposit funds must originate from payment accounts or instruments that belong to you and are registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. e6game reserves the right to reverse deposits originating from third-party payment sources and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests from your e6game Real Money Balance may be submitted via the withdrawal section of your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals can only be processed to payment methods that are linked to your account and from which prior deposits have been made, unless e6game's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement following identity verification.

e6game aims to process withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5 to 30 minutes for standard amounts. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank typically complete within 1 to 24 hours. Processing times may be extended where additional KYC or compliance verification is required.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and prior to processing any withdrawal that exceeds the standard verification threshold — e6game will require satisfactory identity verification documentation, which may include a copy of a government-issued identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. This one-time verification process protects both your funds and the integrity of the platform.

e6game offers a range of promotional bonuses and loyalty rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered or activated by the Player. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the matters specifically addressed therein.

General conditions applicable to all e6game bonuses include the following:

• All bonuses are intended for personal entertainment purposes only and may not be transferred or assigned to another account.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus credits not used within this period will expire automatically.
• e6game reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Only one account per player, household, device, IP address, or payment method may be used to claim any individual bonus offer. Multiple accounts used to obtain duplicate bonus claims constitute fraud.
• Where e6game has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through exploitation of a system error, or through coordinated abuse, e6game reserves the right to void the bonus and related winnings.

All gaming activity on e6game — including sports betting, casino games, slots, jackpot bingo, and live game products — is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type. These rules are accessible within the relevant section of the e6game platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

All non-live gaming outcomes on e6game are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally certified third-party studios. e6game does not and cannot modify game outcomes after a wager is placed. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages displayed for slot titles and RNG table games reflect the theoretical long-term statistical payout of each game and do not guarantee individual session results.

For live casino products, game outcomes are determined entirely by the real physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) used in the live dealer studio. e6game has no ability to influence the outcome of live casino rounds.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to a technical fault resulting in an erroneous displayed price or an incorrectly configured game — e6game reserves the right to void affected wagers and, where applicable, return stakes to the Player. e6game is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of technical disruptions, server outages, or network issues beyond its reasonable control.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the e6game platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Operating, using, or accessing more than one account on e6game (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with the e6game platform or to place wagers.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or sports betting markets to manipulate outcomes or exploit odds.
• Knowingly exploiting software errors, glitches, or misconfigured odds for financial gain.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks, reversed transfers, or the use of stolen payment instruments.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing e6game staff or other users of the platform.

All content, trademarks, service marks, logos, software, game assets, designs, text, graphics, and other intellectual property available on the e6game platform are the property of e6game or its licensed content providers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the e6game platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, publicly display, or create derivative works from any e6game intellectual property without the express prior written consent of e6game.

e6game® and related marks are proprietary designations of e6game. Unauthorised use of these marks in connection with any product, service, or website is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, e6game's aggregate liability to any Player for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of funds standing to the credit of that Player's e6game account at the time the claim arises.

e6game shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the e6game platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit e6game's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

e6game is committed to operating its platform responsibly and in a manner that minimises the risk of gambling-related harm. e6game is required under its international licensing framework to maintain and enforce responsible gaming measures across all player accounts.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all e6game account holders and can be activated immediately from your account settings:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• Session time reminders and reality check notifications.
• Cool-off periods ranging from 24 hours to six weeks.
• Permanent self-exclusion from the e6game platform.

Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the duration of the selected exclusion period. Players who have self-excluded may not be permitted to re-register an account until the exclusion period has expired, subject to e6game's re-activation procedures and a mandatory cooling-off review.

e6game reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation upon request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods or false identity documents.
• Suspected or confirmed multi-accounting, collusion, or exploitation of software errors.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring the closure of the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited at e6game's discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to any breach — including voluntary closure by the Player — the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under e6game's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures established under e6game's licensing framework.

In the first instance, Players with a complaint or dispute should contact the e6game customer support team by email at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. e6game aims to resolve all Player complaints within a reasonable timeframe, typically 5 to 10 business days for standard disputes.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction through e6game's internal complaints procedure, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body or independent adjudicator designated under e6game's international gaming licence. e6game reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, operational practices, or platform features. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at e6game.net/terms-conditions and will be marked with the effective date of the most recent revision.

Material amendments to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address registered on their account, or via prominent notice on the e6game platform. Your continued use of the e6game platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the e6game platform and may request closure of your account by contacting e6game support.
